![]() I don't have the tank yet but will post pics when it arrives. I ended up shipping the tank out to get sanded and polished. I like the 250r better than the ATC and yes i realize there are a few wrinkles. You'll also notice I put an 85 seat cover on an 86. filled with fluid and ready to absorb some bumps once again! Now I finally got my fork bottoms back and after an hour of fighting with the forks I got them together. ![]() You may notice i ditched the maiers shrouds and went with brand new oem shrouds =) they fit horribly for me! Even scratched and chipped my fresh powder coat Next I finally got my skidplates from PRM. I got a new killswitch, tether switch, MSR clutch lever, new front MC with a custom made cover (says ATC 250r and looks amazing!!) (Made by Mikes custom machine shop on facebook) They of course looked amazing! I shipped out the fork bottoms 2 weeks later due to money. I shipped a few parts out to Greg King! ( Thanks again!!) seals, bearings, crank, cases fixed, clutch, top end. The motor is still gone and being fully rebuilt. I got it all wrapped up tight and shipped it off. After getting them back I slapped it all together and cleaned off the dirty axle the best I could. I sent the frame, swinger and other parts off to get powdercoated. My room was half the size for a good 2 months =) Sat for a few months before I tore it down and moved everything into my bedroom. I caught it before it seized up fully but I still put it away for the year. I ended up rebuilding it and the motor lasted a month before it blew the base gasket. I was given some money with it so I picked up a few things to get it moving and looking somewhat decent. The first 3 pics are from when I picked it up close to a year ago I'd say. Hey guys a couple months back I started on my 250r build.
